Met 3 different Reception staff who were lovely.
Location was ideal for tower. Tram stop right outside
Dated and tired looking !!! On checking the bathroom the bath wasn't clean, soap scum and hair, and the window wouldn't open. . I wasn't too pleased when we returned to our room after our dance comp to find the door unlocked. Housekeeper had been in and emptied the bin but obviously forgot to lock the door. The milk hadn't been replenished so no morning coffee. The bath was still dirty from the girls having a bath earlier that morning - dancers and fake tan :-)

Fabulous views. Easy access. Well stocked rooms.
Breakfast and all staff were amazing, well presented and very accommodating.
No entertainment on although posters indicated there was. Your site stated this was pet friendly and although I clicked 1 dog an extra charge was to be paid of £30 upon arrival. This was unexpected and a disappointment from booking.com
